Cedar and Sage Development is a real estate development company & general contractor. We operate in some of the fastest growing and most beautiful areas in the Northwest with operations in Suncadia, the Tri-Cities area and Spokane, as well as operations in Idaho including Valley County and Treasure Valley. Cedar and Sage is unique in that it is both a land developer and a general contractor. The team at Cedar and Sage is steeped in experience. Being locally owned and operated, Cedar and Sage is passionate about developing the mountain communities in Suncadia and Tamarack as well as the more urban areas of the Tri-Cities, Spokane and Treasure Valley.

Dave Gintz
Founder & Visionary

Anyone who has met Dave will tell you about his energy, his commitment, and his vision. He is not only a builder by trade but also a builder of relationships and community. He brings two decades of experience as a real estate developer, starting as a mortgage loan officer in 1999 to building a dynamic land development and custom home construction company today. Along the way, he founded four other real estate companies with partners before breaking out on his own. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. Dave adheres to a personal philosophy of “Family First.” He and his wife Jenn are the proud parents of teenage daughters Makenzie and Lola and their son Bryton.


Jed Cazier
COO

Since 2004, Jed has been a key player in the Tri-Cities construction industry. He has been involved in the construction of many popular restaurants and over a hundred homes and multi-family projects. As the COO at Cedar and Sage, Jed is accountable for our field operations team, their overall performance and the experience of our clients. Jed loves the entire building process, seeing his projects come to life and become a place for families to enjoy.

ELLENSBURG, WA- A charming and vibrant city nestled in the heart of Washington State. Known for its picturesque landscapes, Ellensburg boasts stunning views of the Cascade Mountains and the Yakima River. With its rich history, thriving arts scene, and strong sense of community, Ellensburg offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and modern amenities for residents to enjoy.

SUNCADIA, WA- This picturesque Washington State resort is where the unique Cedar and Sage turnkey custom home model was born. Nestled into over 6,000 acres of forested mountain landscape, our homes give you access to world-class hiking and biking trails, championship golf courses, world class spa treatments, inspired local dining, and a vibrant regional winery scene. We are actively building numerous homes and 32 condos in Suncadia and for the past 3+ years we have been the area’s largest builder.

RICHLAND, WA- Richland is part of the Washington region called the Tri Cities, comprising the communities of Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland. It is located in Benton County and is considered one of Jed Cazier COO Since 2004, Jed has been a key player in the Tri-Cities construction industry. He has been involved in the construction of many popular restaurants and over a hundred homes and multi-family projects. As the COO at Cedar and Sage, Jed is accountable for our field operations team, their overall performance and the experience of our clients. Jed loves the entire building process, seeing his projects come to life and become a place for families to enjoy. Rich is the Chief Financial Officer for Cedar & Sage and is accountable for our overall financial health as a company. Prior to Cedar & Sage, Rich was the CFO of a software company within the vacation rental industry for 12 years. Having run the financials of the company since inception, and having worked with the CEO daily to grow and mature the company, the company was successfully sold. Rich Cook CFO the safest communities in Washington state. Richland is considered the most desirable of the three and has all the factors that everyone looks for: plentiful parks and nearby outdoor recreation, top-rated schools, a delightful urban core with dining and shopping, and upscale real estate opportunities. Currently we are engaged in several multi-family apartment projects including The Tides with 126 units and Columbia Point with 176 units.

SPOKANE, WA- The city of Spokane Washington is the state’s second-largest city yet it offers an approachability uncommon for its size (just over 200,000 residents). The Spokane River runs through the center of its historic downtown, adjacent to several world-class city and state parks. Nearby Airway Heights is a growing, family-friendly place rich with wonderful people, and easy access to parks, transportation, stores, and more.
